Do you only work with businesses in Ottawa?
No. We're based in Ottawa and happy to meet locally, but we work with clients across Canada and internationally, mostly online.
How much does a website cost?
It depends on the size and features you need. After a free discovery call you get a fixed quote before any work starts.
Can you set up email on our own domain?
Yes. We set up Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace and configure your DNS (including SPF, DKIM and DMARC) so your emails are trusted and land in inboxes.
How does buying a domain from Gleehaus work?
Send us an offer. Once we agree a price, you pay through Escrow.com. We transfer the domain to you, and escrow releases the payment only after you confirm it's yours.
How long does a domain transfer take?
Usually a few days once payment is held in escrow, depending on the registrars involved.
